My Background

John O. Snyder, ChFC®, RICP®

As a Chartered Financial Consultant, Financial Advisor with Eagle Strategies LLC, and an Agent of New York Life Insurance Company, as well as a sponsered Emoney Pro Advisor. I am able to take a comprehensive approach to helping you address your financial needs today, tomorrow, and well into the future.

I sincerely believe that most people want to do what's right: right for themselves, right for their families, and right for their communities. In fact, that's one of the reasons I joined the company back in 2015. After working my way through school, I wanted the opportunity to work somewhere that made it easy for other people to do what was right, and more importantly, made it easy for me to do right by them.

You can take comfort in the fact that I have lived in the midwest since I was 6 years old, and therefore have a vested interest in seeing my friends and neighbors succeed. I have many of the same hopes and aspirations as my clients and am happy to share with you all the resources and information New York Life and Eagle Strategies has to offer.

Depending on your needs, I can introduce you to some ways to help protect your family's lifestyle and future; or prepare for major financial events such as paying for college, saving for retirement, or caring for an aging relative. I also offer multiple approaches to Wealth and Asset Management, as well as fee-based financial planning.

If you're wondering about my qualifications, you might find it reassuring to know that I am a licensed agent to sell insurance through New York Life Insurance Company, a licensed Registered Representative with NYLIFE Securities, as well as a Registered Investment Adviser Representative (Financial Advisor) for Eagle Strategies LLC. In addition to five years of experience with New York Life, I attended Casper College, University of Wyoming, and recieved my ChFC® (Chartered Financial Consultant) and RICP® (Retirement Income Certified Professional) from the American College of Financial Services, the highest accredited nonprofit college for financial professionals, I participated in New York Life's well-known training program, NYLIC University, and have been named to the New York Life Executive Council for the past three years. As well as being invited to the Life Summit and having recieved numerous awards and accolades over my past years in the business.

Of course, my background isn't really the one that matters. To be the best possible advisor, I've found that getting to know my clients – their hopes, dreams and goals for the future – is the most important first step. So if you're looking for someone that's ready to put their expertise and experience to work for you, please let me know.
